Meet Robert Kramer, CEO of Appreciating Homes, Inc.

Aloha,

My career path started at the University of Central Florida, where I studied for a dual degree in computer engineering and business administration.  During my senior year at the University, I started a career in real estate, where I began to really appreciate all of the fine details and craftsmanship of a quality renovation.  Through real estate, I met top-notch general contractors who helped me understand what it took to handle all aspects of building, and eventually, I too, went into business as a Florida contractor. 

Back in 2008, a roommate and great friend from the university invited me to renovate his new home on Oahu.  With a little bit of planning, I came here to help a friend out, and I was also blessed to meet the woman of my dreams.  She was so wonderful, I never left, and ultimately, I decided to bring what I know to Hawaii to provide homeowners with beautiful, quality renovations.  I have over 20 years of experience designing and working on homes.
